Speech of Dr. Hong at Oct. 21

The "Love of the World, Peace Cultural Goodwill Group" which I am leading, is visiting Egypt for a period of two weeks. This goodwill visit symbolizes amity, love and peace. We are very glad to have this opportunity to share with this beautiful country and friends of Egypt the beauty of traditional culture and the essence of ancient Chinese culture with the philosophy of yin and yang. We have brought you the wishes from our country, hoping that, through people-to-people and heart-to-heart communication, to promote friendship of the people of the two countries.

Culture, the crystallization of wisdom of our ancestor, serves as a communication bridge that connects people and countries, and it crosses ethnic, national, language, and religious boundaries. International cultural exchange is not only a trend but also an avenue to international cooperation and world peace. The Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy exhibits rich ancient cultural heritage in its modern art performances. Through these performances, we hope to shorten the distance between people, to inspire the origin of world love and in turn to attain our goal, world peace.

The "Love of the World, Peace Cultural Goodwill Group" has brought with it the Bell of Peace. We hope the sound of the Bell will awaken people's wish for peace and may people be filled with world love and strive to build a better world for all humanity.
