Love and conscience activate the power of unselfish and altruistic hope for peace. Where there is hope, there will be action, and where there is concerted action of conscience, there will be success. When everyone is willing to carry out their commitment to peace and collaborate with one another, there will be love in society, and a world filled with love will be peaceful.
Therefore, September 23 is designated as "World Day of the Power of Hope" to encourage global citizens to act with conscience and harness the power of hope for themselves, for others, and for global security and sustainability while praying for the cessation of war, the eradication of epidemics and diseases, the safety of everyone, the peace of the world, and the coexistence and co-prosperity of all living things, so that the positive energy of the universe can lead the Earth to the path of sustainable development.

Whereas all living things are unique and come from the original source of life in the universe,
Whereas the equality and freedom of human beings to pursue the origin of their souls should be guaranteed by genuine human rights protections,
Whereas a secure and peaceful world depends on everyone's awakening of conscience, from which compassion and acts
of kindness are generated,
Whereas the compass of conscience provides guidance on life's journey, people shall light up their inner lights, help and love one another, and allow love and peace to prevail everywhere,

Love and peace advance the well-being of the people of the world, and they are the most important cornerstones of global sustainability. All world citizens are encouraged to nurture love in their hearts to strike a balance in the enhancement of economic, social, cultural, spiritual, technological, and educational development.
Conscience is the wellspring of love; it is essential to awaken world citizens' conscience to promote love, tolerance, acceptance, and care among people, thus enhancing friendships, family bonds, and international relationships, which facilitates a united world, where all people work together for the common good.
An excellent culture is the foundation of a quality education, which is essential for sustainable economic development. Countries are encouraged to promote a culture of conscience and incorporate the best aspects of other cultures and education systems to improve national economies.
