Thinley said he could feel the positive energy of the volunteers who paid for all the trips out of their pockets to visit the world. The meeting was full of peace and calmness. H.E. Jigme Y. Thinley said that Dr. Hong is not just Taiwanese, he is a world citizen with a big heart. Former Prime Minister, H.E. Jigme Y.
